Marquee completes the sale of the Comfort Inn & Suites, Hannibal MO. The hotel was built as a Holiday Inn Express and later converted to Comfort Inn & Suites by the original owner.  New ownership plans to operate the hotel under the Choice franchise as they continue to expand on their existing portfolio.
