Damian Gordillo is President and co‐founder of Marquee Lodging Advisors. Damian has more than 16 consecutive years of real estate experience in investment sales, acquisitions, asset management, and hotel acquisitions and dispositions. After working 8 years for Starwood Hotels, Damian joined a regional hotel brokerage firm in Scottsdale for 5 years and spearheaded the Southern Arizona and New Mexico market. During that time, Damian became one of the most active hotel brokers within the New Mexico market, and one of the most active within the Southwest Region.

Damian received his BS from the W.P. Carey School of Business (ASU). Damian is licensed in the state of Arizona and New Mexico and is a member of AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association).

Nick DiFerdinando is a Managing Partner and co‐founder of Marquee Commercial Lodging Advisors. With over 25 years of experience in Executive Management and Business Development, Nick has been instrumental in the growth of multiple brands ranging from real estate, hospitality, F&B, retail, and energy sectors that span more than 18 countries worldwide. As a business consultant, Nick entered into hospitality brokerage to engage a larger platform within the lodging industry, achieving record-breaking years at his former firm before breaking off and opening Marquee with Damian Gordillo. Nick brings an extensive knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, and all hospitality-related negotiations for optimum client representation.

Nick is licensed in the state of Arizona, California, and Nevada and is a member of AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association).

Ryan Scarpulla is an Associate at Marquee Lodging Advisors. He attended Arizona Christian University where he majored in Business administration with a minor in Marketing. As a student-athlete Ryan was a four-year starter for the men’s soccer program who helped the team qualify for playoffs for the first time in school history. After graduation, Ryan continued his soccer career playing for FC Tucson, one of the top PDL teams in the country. After the season he decided to further pursue his career in real estate. Real estate has always been a profession Ryan wanted to pursue as his family has been in the business for more than 10 years. Ryan is a native Phoenician and has traveled extensively throughout the United States.

Bernard is an Associate at Marquee Lodging Advisors. Licensed in both California & Arizona, he focuses mainly on the California market. With roots in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bernard graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Real Estate. During his time at ASU, Bernard was the President of the Real Estate Club and a member of Kappa Alpha Order, all while forging his career path to suit the commercial real estate industry through sales & real estate internships. Prior to joining Marquee, Bernard started in brokerage as an Investment Advisor at a boutique full-service real estate firm, focusing on multifamily in the Phoenix Metro. Stepping into the hospitality sector just months before the Covid-19 pandemic, Bernard has seen the highs & lows of the hospitality market from early on in his career.

Emily is an Associate at Marquee Lodging Advisors. She attended Arizona State University where she majored in Business Supply Chain Management. After working in hospitality throughout school and supply chain and residential real estate post-graduation, she made the transition to pursue a career in hospitality brokerage with Marquee. Originally from Texas, Emily grew up moving overseas, Vancouver, CA, and Orlando, FL and Phoenix, AZ. She now lives and works out of the Phoenix office, but as Marquee expands outside of the Pacific North & Southwest, Emily is leading our extension into the Florida market.

Ean is an Associate at Marquee Lodging Advisors. He graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business with a BA in Business Administration. After graduation Ean began his career in sales doing commercial Financing, where he quickly became one of the top salesmen in the company. Growing up in a family that has works in commercial and residential real estate inspired Ean to take his sales experience to Marquee and begin his career in Hotel Brokerage. As Marquee expands outside of the Pacific North & Southwest, Ean is leading our extension into the Tennessee market.

Scott is an Associate with Marquee Lodging Advisors. Born in Hawaii, Scott moved to the Bay Area at a young age before moving to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where he graduated with a BS in Economics. Prior to joining Marquee, Scott worked in the residential mortgage industry, he closed over $200 million in residential loans, assisting nearly 1000 clients. This laid the foundation for a transition into the commercial real estate, where he found a passion for the hospitality sector and looks forward to assisting Marquee and its clients.

Nikki Hellwig is Marquee Commercial Lodging Advisors Marketing Manager. Nikki is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree from The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. With well over 5 years of marketing and design experience, Nikki uses her skills to design and edit all of our property marketing packages
